Mandie is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has spent 7+ years as a Listing and Transaction Coordinator, successfully managing over 700 contracts through to closing. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service by not only keeping things well organized and streamlined throughout the real estate process, but also by supporting her agents with her extensive knowledge of the contract process. Her true passion is training agents the proper contract procedures in real estate so that they can be as successful as possible. 

Mandie is happiest spending her free time with her family and friends. She is an avid connoisseur of Sci-Fi/Epic Fantasy books and movies, and loves taking road trips - she's been to 35 states! 

Peggy is a licensed Real Estate Agent with 30+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality management, and production management. Her organizational skills and attention to detail  are a valued contribution to our team. 

Peggy's role as Transaction Coordinator is to provide the highest level of support and service to Real Estate Agents and their clients. She does this by assisting with the scheduling of  inspections and repairs, ordering home warranties, and providing Agents with a daily review of open transactions. 

Peggy enjoys spoiling her children and grandchildren as often as possible, relaxing on the beach or exploring the mountains with her best friends, and spending her evenings  on the back porch listening to the sounds of life in the country.
